Monotone is a concept album which can be used as a tool for healing purposes or meditative state or any other methods the listeners like to use. The music comes with a text to reflect on:

What if routine would be a ground to stand on, a wall to lean on
What if real magic lies in repetition.

What if only those who embrace and endure the seeming monotony of repetition will be rewarded with extraordinary results

What if routine is essential to our well-being
What if routine and repetition can make us become more confident and focused and can result in a body and mind transformation.

An automation does not generate any questions.
The habit acquired through routine requires less energy and attention.
We don't need to think, we do it automatically and can let our mind rest.
The same process goes during meditation with tools such as Mantra.

Not knowing what will happen can make you anxious
Following a routine can tend to reassure, reduce stress

In our days we get bored too quickly constantly occupying our minds with social media, phones, television.
Each repetition is a step which leads to the stairway where your dreams reside.
